Slow Food Edinburgh Stall 3rd October – Autumn Foraging
Slow Food Edinburgh are celebrating the turn towards autumn on their monthly market stall joined by chef and foraging expert Alison Henderson from Colstoun Cookery school, in nearby East Lothian, the perfect location for seasonal foraging day courses.
Alison will be joined on the stall by colleagues to cook tasters of foraged food alongside some market produce for you to sample.
For Alison; ‘Foraging and provenance are my passion and I’m hugely enjoying exploring Scotland’s bread basket. Teaching allows me the opportunity to share this.’
